These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations made through Go Lake Life.
Reservation Requirements
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and is responsible for all guests including children and pets. A reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
Payment
All payments must be completed through our booking system.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 14 days before check in are charged 100 percent of the reservation amount minus the cleaning fee.
Check In and Check Out
Check in begins after 3 PM. Check out must follow the posted time.
Occupancy
Each home accommodates up to 10 guests. Children are allowed.
Pets
Up to three pets are allowed when registered during booking. A pet fee applies.
Pontoon Use
Pontoon rental requires a signed agreement and safety acknowledgment.
House Rules
Guests must follow quiet hours, trash guidelines, parking rules, and fire pit safety. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Parties are not permitted.
Property Condition
Guests are responsible for maintaining the home and reporting any issues.
Safety and Lake Use
Children must be supervised near water. Guests must use all equipment responsibly.
Local Compliance
Guests must follow township rules for parking, noise, and lake use.
Personal Belongings
Go Lake Life is not responsible for lost or left behind items.
Host Access
The host may enter the property for essential repairs or safety reasons.
Weather
Refunds are not provided for weather or utility interruptions outside our control.
Agreement
By completing a reservation, guests accept these Terms and Conditions.
